Remote Job Application

Welcome to RTM Connect, the recruiting program of BetterWho.

You will be guided through the process and asked to answer various questions, take several tests and upload some documents, so please make sure to reserve ample time to complete this application once you have started.

Incomplete applications are not processed.

Process Steps - What to Expect:

The first step in this process will be to provide some personal details and then upload your resume.

Next we will ask you to take an English language assessment and to answer a few job-related questions.

The next step from there will be to take a few quick tests and upload screenshots of the results:

  • Voice Recording – Evaluates pronunciation, clarity, and enunciation.
  • Written Response – Assesses grammar, structure, and job-related communication skills.
  • Typing Speed Test – Include screenshot of words per minute result.
  • Internet Speed Test – Upload screenshot showing download/upload speeds.
  • Home Office Tech Verification– Upload System Specifications Screenshot 

 

Lastly, if you are a good fit, you will be invited to schedule an interview with one of our recruiters.

After the interview, we will be in touch with you over email to determine if you will be moving forward with the process, which implies a second interview directly with the employer.

If everything goes well, you will eventually receive an offer letter, and upon acceptance you will be scheduled to attend an initial training (through BetterWho) as part of your onboarding.
